Celeste Leon is a dynamic TV host, professional emcee, public speaking coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping others shine. She currently serves as a TV Host for Telemundo Tennessee, where she connects with diverse audiences and uplifts community stories through powerful on-air storytelling.
As the CEO of Celeste Leon LLC, she partners with leading brands and organizations to host and emcee unforgettable events and conferences that inspire, energize and connect. Celeste has coached countless individuals to elevate their communication skills, build magnetic personal brands, and speak with confidence and presence.
She is also the founder of the Nashville Book & Sip Club, a fast-growing women’s book club and community that hosts monthly Book Parties and Socials across the city, creating intentional space for connection, conversation, and empowerment.
At her core, Celeste is here to serve—sharing meaningful messages, creating powerful experiences, and doing her part to make the world a more inspired, connected, and beautiful place.

Born in Peru, Celeste was exposed from a young age to a multicultural community, which sparked her curiosity for the world. As native Spanish speaker, she learned the value of sharing stories, connecting deeply with others and embracing my creativity.

At the age of 13, her life took a thrilling twist when she moved to the United States with her mother. This chapter was filled with new beginnings, new friends and a new language—English! It was here where she laid the foundation for her future. These experiences redefined how she views the world and taught her the importance of taking responsibility for her actions in order to create the life that she desires.

I graduated from Monmouth University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. I completed a semester abroad at Regent’s University in London, UK in 2017. Due to my excellent grades and leadership, I graduated with summa cum laude honors and was awarded Outstanding Student Award. After graduation, I began my career as an Asset Management Auditor at KPMG and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I then transitioned to a Global Sales Consultant to expand my expertise and international footprint. This experience allowed me to collaborate with people from all over the globe, develop excellent intercultural awareness and gain deep expertise in the financial services sector.

My experience with stages began with my participation in Miss Peruvian Parade 2016, where I was crowned Queen. I also participated in Miss Gran Latina USA in 2018, where I received second place. I have received extensive training on stage presence, how to present myself in a polished and professional manner, how to control my body language and exude confidence, and how to overcome stage fright.
